To create distinctive conceptual flows, I developed three customer personas, each with unique app expectations and usage patterns.

The first persona uses the app to organize a workflow for business purposes, focusing on productivity and efficiency. The second persona seeks an all-in-one organizer tool, keeping track of various tasks and personal information in one place. The third persona represents a more relaxed user, saving news, videos, and other content for recreational purposes.
